Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Accurately process guest reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Welcome guests warmly during check-in and manage check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with Butler Services, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to meet guest requests smoothly.
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Ensure the front desk area is always tidy, presentable, and aligned with hotel standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in front office or reservations in a hotel/resort setting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
