Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client's value prop and be able to clearly articulate the impact of our solutions for our client's needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Staying informed about the legal industry through our products and beyond to spot trends, look for new opportunities, and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm to build and maintain solid client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial character with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Has a natural curiosity about clients, their workflow, and how you can help them improve

Work location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work setup: Fully onsite

Work schedule: Night shift
