Job Description:

  • Understand client's value prop and be able to clearly articulate the impact of our solutions for our client's needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Staying informed about the legal industry through our products and beyond to spot trends, look for new opportunities, and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang and in night shift

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience to legal professionals a plus.
  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 2-3 years of experience handling a team in sales
  • Proven experience in client engagement, account management, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm to build and maintain solid client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial character with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Has a natural curiosity about clients, their workflow, and how you can help them improve
