Now Hiring: Marketing Specialist

Are you a results-driven marketer with a deep sense of empathy for pet families? Join our dedicated team to help build a bridge of remembrance and support during one of the hardest times in a fur parent's life. This role is essential for communicating our sensitive services with dignity, trust, and clarity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Business Admin with 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or growth marketing, with a proven history of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Design and implement a holistic, full-funnel marketing strategy specifically tailored for pet loss, memorial, and afterlife services.
  • Craft and oversee deeply compassionate and trust-building messaging across all channels, including our website, educational materials, social media, and print collateral.
  • Strategically manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on grief support, resource sharing, and clear service explainers.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with modern marketing measurement and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM/Email platforms).
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations and Branch Leads to ensure seamless communication regarding promotions, pricing, service updates, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage external agencies, influencers, or contractors to scale specialized marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company in public relations and community engagement efforts, ensuring our brand remains a supportive and respected presence for grieving families.
  • Preferably residing within Bulacan or Quezon City
