  1. Translate written and verbal communications between Chinese and English/Filipino.
  2. Assist Chinese managers in interpreting during meetings, discussions, and daily operations.
  3. Translate company memos, notices, and other official documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all translated information.
  5. Provide administrative assistance when needed.
  6. Perform other related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
  • With 1–2 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Knowledgeable in real estate marketing and property promotions.
  • Familiar with social media marketing and digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
