Senior Business Analyst Manager – Affinity Data

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) domain connects with almost every part of the bank, driving secure, efficient processes for customers and colleagues. The COO organization's vision is to create scalable, seamless, digital, and resilient operations through network-building, organizational consolidation, and full digitalization.

Global COO Finance (COOF) operates within the COO domain, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and functionally to the COO. COOF is accountable for designing the global finance operations and technology strategy, optimizing productivity, and enhancing operational efficiency. The purpose of COOF is to deliver best-in-class, compliant, and future-proof services that enable strategic decision-making.

As a Product Lead – Granular Reporting, you will lead multiple squads with related purposes to develop, implement, and maintain products and services. You will have end-to-end strategic responsibility for these products, guiding their development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will drive a product vision, manage business value, prioritize delivery, and foster collaboration across functions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, along with a deep understanding of financial and regulatory reporting processes.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple squads to deliver high-quality products and services.

Product & Service Delivery

• Deliver change initiatives according to project plans while ensuring compliance, operational safety, and reliability.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of granular reporting products, including regulatory and operational activities.

• Oversee the following product areas:

• Financial Supervisory Reporting: Delivery of DGS and other regulatory reports in compliance with requirements.

• Granular Regulatory Reporting: Delivery of AnaCredit, CRE, RRE, and other granular reports, including supporting FeRDI implementations.
• Entities Data Collection: Manage non-central data collection for ESG, CSRD, and related initiatives in alignment with architecture and FRIDA teams.
• Finance & Risk Reconciliation: Provide functional expertise and implement reconciliation mechanisms in MMT and FRIDA.
• FRIDA Data Reporting: Create regulatory reports from FRIDA for Finance and Risk, including Power BI analytics.

Strategic & Operational Management

• Translate COOF strategy into actionable plans for products and services.
• Drive sourcing strategy optimization and process improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and risk management standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management

• Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Communicate effectively to influence decisions and ensure stakeholder commitment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and escalations.

Risk & Compliance

• Take ownership of risk management for all products and services within scope.
• Implement controls to mitigate financial and non-financial risks.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Encourage and lead innovation to improve products and services.
• Promote the adoption of new technologies and agile practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce operational risk, and increase customer satisfaction.

• Master's degree (University/Postgraduate) in a relevant field.
• ~10 years of experience in relevant expertise, with ~5 years in resource planning and delivery leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation/change projects in complex environments.
• Solid background in financial and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in managing cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development and reporting solutions.
