Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in Treasury or Global Markets of a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Certified Treasury Professionals preferred but not required.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Alteryx or Tableau is an advantage but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Provide support for Global Markets' initiatives in several projects, which includes assisting in the project facilitation and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Review differences between actual results and projections as well as the Bank's Business Plan.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • ALM Support: Provide support to the ALM desk's daily work such as helping with the liquidity management, assist reviewing pricing strategies, helping compute liquidity ratios.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present required reports by the Planning and ALM desk for submission to the regional office and other relevant stakeholders.
