Job Summary As the Analyst, Treasury, you will be responsible for the settlement of Treasury trades, support of In House Cash (IHC) and Accounts Payable (AP) payments, and ensuring accurate and complete bank statement reporting in SAP. The role supports the Front Office team on cash management and liquidity activities across all countries serviced by the Shared Service Centre (SSC), ensuring Treasury transactions comply with internal policy and local/government regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Execute timely and accurate settlement and payment of Treasury trades, reviewing trade life cycle steps (confirmation, settlement, maturity). Ensure prompt settlement of all trade‑related payments and coordinate with relevant parties (Corporate Treasury, IHC, external banks) regarding payment instructions for maturing trades. Process Treasury payments and manual AP payments while supporting the IHC process. Execute repetitive codes for Treasury payments via Straight‑Through Processing. Monitor accurate and complete bank statement reporting in SAP, resolving any errors or issues promptly. Verify accurate loading of daily bank statements, comparing actual ending balances with ledger balances and escalating recurring issues to BPT. Perform pre‑ and post‑month‑end accounting checks and execute Alert Monitoring to ensure trade settlement completion. Maintain and update authorized signers and traders for banks. Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Back Office, Treasury Operations, and Settlements. Experience with treasury SAP functions. Experience working within a Shared Service Centre treasury function. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Competencies Certified Treasury Professional designation. Advanced SAP experience. Exposure to managing multiple markets. Experience with internal controls. Job Requirements Full‑time employment. Onsite work setup Monday‑Friday; remote work possible once a week after 3 months. Work hours: 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Overtime may be required for critical deliverables. Early morning or late night calls with Corporate Treasury may be required occasionally. Relocation is not available.
