Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.* At least 3 years experience in Treasury or Global Markets of a financial institution.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Certified Treasury Professionals preferred but not required.* Competent in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Alteryx or Tableau is an advantage but not required**Duties and Responsibilities:*** **Project Support:** Provide support for Global Markets' initiatives in several projects, which includes assisting in the project facilitation and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.* **Performance Analysis**: Review differences between actual results and projections as well as the Bank's Business Plan.* **Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.* **ALM Support:** Provide support to the ALM desk's daily work such as helping with the liquidity management, assist reviewing pricing strategies, helping compute liquidity ratios.* **Reporting:** Prepare and present required reports by the Planning and ALM desk for submission to the regional office and other relevant stakeholders.***We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be n***Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
