The right candidate must be technically talented, hands‑on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast‑paced environment full of challenges this is the place for you What you will be doing Lead and oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash positioning, payment approvals, reconciliations, and internal controls. Implement and continuously improve treasury processes to support a scalable, efficient cash management structure. Monitor global cash positions and ensure liquidity is available to support business operations in multiple markets. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to guarantee safe, traceable financial transactions. Generate reports and risk assessments to support financial planning and decision‑making. Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting linkage of treasury activities. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, particularly in high‑risk and regulated environments. Act as a trusted senior team member, supporting and validating the work of two current treasury analysts. Requirements 4+ years of experience in treasury operations, with strong back‑office focus (cash flow, controls, reconciliations). Previous experience in fintechs or multinational companies with cross‑border transactions. Hands‑on experience managing multi‑country cash operations and navigating financial complexity. Strong track record implementing and maintaining financial controls. Exposure to high‑risk environments is a plus. Accounting knowledge or collaboration with accounting teams is highly valued. Advanced English (written and spoken). Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Highly analytical, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable. A senior, autonomous profile with a process mindset and a proactive attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
