Role and Responsibilities

· Over-all in charge in controlling and monitoring all materials at project site. This includes power tools, scaffolding, clamps (revolving or fixed), GI Pipes, BI Pipes (all sizes) metal forms, steel forms, tubular, purlins, shoring jack, adjustable plate, catwalk ladder and other materials.

· Responsible in requesting all needed materials of the project with the approval of the Project-In-Charge (PIC)

· Responsible in following-up the status of requested materials

· Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with Delivery Receipts. Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

· Reports damaged items to vendors and Purchasing Department

· Records, stores and tags all incoming materials

· Issuance and check the out-going materials

· Stocks equipment, materials and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels that will ensure availability of items when requested.

· Implements proper procedure in making sure that borrowed materials by workers on site are properly returned in good condition and at the proper time

· Submits Monthly Inventory of power tools and materials to the Main Warehouse

· Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

· Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property

· Asyst encoding (pre-requisition, Receiving report, issuance & stock transfer).

· Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,139.58 per month
