Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Developer located in Cebu, with some work-from-home options available. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development team, overseeing software development processes, and ensuring high-quality code. Daily tasks include coding, code reviews, contributing to technical strategy, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. The Lead Developer will also mentor junior developers and collaborate with other departments to align development activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any computer-related course.

At least 5 years of experience in SAP Business One development support/systems administration, preferably in an IT or related industry.

At least 2 years in a team leadership or technical project management role.

Strong experience in SAP B1 SDK, DI-API, UI-API, and Service Layer

Familiarity with SQL Server and/or SAP HANA database development

Experience with Crystal Reports, Add-On development, and integrations for SAP Business One with 3rd-party systems

Exposure to SAP B1 version control, deployment tools, and development frameworks.
