Responsible for HR / Personnel and administrative functions

* Coordinates with employees and assists in proper updating and record keeping of personnel files in Personnel Information System, ensures yearly tracking of updates

* Assists in reviewing and tracking personnel action / movement guided by the employee handbook.

* Prepares administrative reports for DOLE establishment report, safety committee

* Assists in employee programs (team building, government benefits)

Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with others and willing to learn and work in a flexible environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
