About the Role

We are hiring a Human Resource Personnel with 1–3 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure DOLE compliance, manage compensation and benefits, and oversee the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting people and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with DOLE standards and labor laws
  • Administer payroll, timekeeping, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Assist in employee engagement, performance evaluation, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with management on HR policies, memos, and disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations, compensation and benefits, and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality
