About the role Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our residential property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and driving optimal leasing outcomes. What you'll be doing Actively market and lease available residential properties to qualified tenants Conduct property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties Negotiate and prepare tenancy agreements, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant screening, move-in and move-out procedures Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are well-maintained and address any tenant concerns in a timely manner Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates and rental yields Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on leasing activities and portfolio performance What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential property leasing or a related field Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite Good understanding of local property laws, regulations and market trends A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently What we offer At Taft Property Venture Development Corp., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
