Key Responsibilities

  • Own cluster performance across sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards for all assigned outlets.
  • Lead through leaders: directly manage an Area Manager and Store Management Teams; coach, set priorities, and build succession plans for store leadership benches.
  • Execute operations excellence: food safety, sanitation, FIFO, inventory accuracy, waste control, cash handling, and POS compliance.
  • Manage P&L levers: sales mix, promos, labor %, food & paper cost %, controllables; deliver monthly targets with clear action plans.
  • Uphold brand standards across multiple franchisor systems; achieve passing scores on internal and franchisor audits.
  • Forecast & plan staffing and product availability for peak port traffic; coordinate with suppliers and port authorities.
  • Elevate guest experience: speed of service, order accuracy, complaint recovery, and NPS/CSAT improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor/OSHS/food safety regulations.
  • Drive local marketing: implement LSM initiatives and seasonal campaigns to grow traffic and average check.
  • Reporting rhythms: weekly walk-throughs, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and leadership updates.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years proven experience managing multiple QSR units (multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong track record hitting sales, EBITDA, food cost, and labor targets across more than one store.
  • People-first leader with coaching, performance management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Solid command of inventory management, scheduling, and basic Excel/Google Sheets/POS reports.
  • Willing and able to be based on-site in Batangas; comfortable with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
