  • Manage and achieve the market growth and sales targets for Contractors.
  • Oversee project sales activities such as pre-bid meeting, bid presentations, site inspection, price quotations, legal contracts, supplier accreditation document, and project turnovers.
  • Manage project site and client visits, assist in the technical specification presentation, and propose value-based selling to gain project opportunities and sales.
  • Communicate and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and profits, conduct monthly project listing, and manage gross profit simulation report.
  • Govern the collections of account receivables, work closely with the teams to close sales negotiations, and ensure overdue accounts are responsibly managed.
  • Handle business inquiries, provide technical recommendations, address project implementation concerns, and resolve escalations and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance of all the teams with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage resources of teams, steer company campaigns and program proposals, administer staffing requirements, and develop budgets.
  • Establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all departments.

Qualifications:

  • With 8 to 12 years of work experience in sales (technical selling an advantage) in manufacturing or service-oriented industry
  • Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Amenable to work at Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near Eastwood City)
