Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of NetSuite solutions with business requirements and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely project completion.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor team members to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and project management.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and financial modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and NetSuite software.
  • Open to a hybrid work arrangement 1-2 days reporting onsite at Mandaluyong City
