About the Role

You'll work with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and guidance during installation & commissioning
  • Monitor quality and ensure compliance with specs and industry standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Document and report project deviations or issues
  • Collaborate with Site Managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and train technicians to build technical capability
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (preferred but not required)
  • Strong experience in wind turbine installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Deep technical knowledge of wind turbine systems & components
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work independently in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with specific wind turbine models and technologies
  • Certification in wind energy or related technical fields

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
