Highschool Graduate or Graduate Level

At least 5 years experience preferrable in telco environment and projects

Experience in Telecom operations related works.

Extensive knowledge of outside plant (OSP) engineering plans and installation standards and fiber

optic cable installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.  

Strong focus on health and safety procedures in the field and in the handling of equipment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team management and stakeholder interaction.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability toaddress technical challenges and logistical issues effectively in the field

Ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
