Brand Marketing Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Ensure flawless processing of customer orders through our website & other online accounts
-Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics team for the timely delivery of orders
-Coordinate with delivery services & courier
-Handle Customer Concerns, Product Inquiries & Follow Ups via e-mail & phone call
-Prepare reports such as but not limited to online sales & other related data
-Conduct customer feedback surveys (written, call or face to face)
-Continuously improve customer relationship for the brand
-Prepare event materials in coordination with other departments
-Facilitate ingress and egress procedures including inventory of returned stocks
-Monitor safekeeping of event materials & ensure all are in good condition
Requirements:
Proficient in computer
Quick in typing
Candidate Must be:
Organized & Detail Oriented
Proactive
Willing to Learn
Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Patient & Understanding toward customers
Good Communication & People Skills
Advantage:
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing & background on Online Sales
Work experience as a customer support & has background in events
Other Qualifications:
Willing to work full time in Santa Cruz, Manila
Willing to work on weekends for events (occasional)
