Marketing Officer – Deli PH

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and promotions.
  • Skilled in content creation and campaign management through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborations with other brands.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Binondo, Manila.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the Deli PH brand and sales.
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Create engaging content and oversee social media presence on FB, IG, and TikTok.
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations with other brands to expand reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track campaign ROI, analyze performance, and prepare reports for management.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
