About the role
Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position supporting our healthcare account through a virtual process. The successful candidate will excel at providing exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of inbound calls.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly address customer concerns
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
