About the role

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position supporting our healthcare account through a virtual process. The successful candidate will excel at providing exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of inbound calls.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
