We are hiring full-time Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries, feedback and complaints in a timely manner. You will be asked to log all types of calls and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you must accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires. Candidate also needs to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and comfortable with working with various CRM.

  • Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
  • Experience handling bi-lingual customer support an advantage
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Can speak and write fluent and business-level Spanish language

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
