We're looking for highly motivated Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide critical support in admin, data management, and client relations for a US-based mortgage account.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 2 years of Spanish CSR voice experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS office
