We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5- 6 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Can edit long-form YouTube content focusing on creative storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
• Manage and improve video rendering workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality exports.
• Optimize video rendering processes to minimize bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
• Configure export settings for different video formats, ensuring platform consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the team to meet content deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video editing and rendering.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior editors on best practices and workflow improvements.

• Efficient in video rendering workflows and export settings configuration.
• Solid knowledge of video file formats, codecs, and compression settings.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video content.
• Ability to handle long-form content and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working on YouTube content or similar digital platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Capability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Able to work during the Sydney, AU time zone, and can render overtime.
