Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all sports facilities, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and proper usage.

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, schedule, and monitor staff including attendants, lifeguards, and sports instructors.
  • Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adequate manpower coverage for peak hours and special events.

Member & Guest Service

  • Promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Support the delivery of programs, classes, and sports events that enhance member engagement.

Programs & Events

  • Assist in planning and implementing sports programs, leagues, tournaments, and clinics.
  • Coordinate with trainers, and external partners when applicable.
  • Monitor participation levels and recommend improvements to programming.

Administration

  • Maintain records of facility usage, incidents, staff schedules, and maintenance reports.
  • Monitor inventory and requisition of sports equipment, supplies, and uniforms.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management regarding operations, attendance, and facility condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, playing surfaces, and amenities; coordinate repairs and preventive measures with maintenance/housekeeping teams.
  • Enforce safety protocols, club rules, and proper etiquette in all sports areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
