ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager to our growing project management team. This role will oversee all touchpoints throughout the projects including timelines, budgets, schedules, assets, and communication. This person must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment, and partner with talented cross-discipline teams driven to build innovative experiences for our industry-leading clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

demonstrate great communication and relationship management skillsscope and manage complex digital projects for global technology brands, leading B2B companies, and ambitious startupsserve as a strategic leader from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both client and user needslead discussions and presentations, conveying the power and thought behind design decisionsbuild strong relationships with clients and be seen as a go-to for problem-solving and ideationidentify efficiencies and challenges to improve processes on future projectsperform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

have 2+ years of experience at a digital agencyhave experience managing scopes, timelines, schedules, financials, and resources for projectshave a proven track record of managing complex digital projectshave a player/coach mentality who is open to different points of viewbe collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenbe able to process information quickly as well as deliver it concisely in both small and large group settingsbe able to work under tight deadlines, facilitate rapid changes in real-time, and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectivelyhave a fundamental understanding of web design/development, user experience, graphic design, motion graphics, and content creationbe able to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and client-side marketing teamsbe able to mitigate and escalate any project risksbe able to communicate and articulate complex digital projects to a variety of audienceshave exceptional communication skills be able to speak English clearly and fluentlyhave a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computerbe willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH timebe a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there
