Position : SEO Specialist (with Copywriting Expertise)

Work Hours (Client) : 8 or 9am pacific to 5-6pm pacific time | Typical Workday with Overtime offered

Pay Range : $2,000–$3,500/month depending on experience and location

Location: LatAm | South Africa | Philippines

About the Role

This role combines technical SEO expertise with content strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for growing our organic presence across web, blog, and product pages while writing and optimizing content that aligns with user intent and search behavior. We're looking for someone who's both analytical and creative—able to translate keyword data into compelling, brand-aligned copy.

Note: This position reflects our decision to combine SEO and copywriting responsibilities. If needed later, we may add a junior copywriter to support this role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase rankings, traffic, and conversionsConduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysisWrite and optimize content for landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptionsCollaborate with UX, design, and e-commerce teams to align SEO with broader goalsMonitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrushStay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practicesWhat We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in SEO and content creationProven success growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankingsStrong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and brand-consistent voiceFamiliar with SEO tools: GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.Basic understanding of HTML, on-page structure, and UX fundamentalsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote team environment

Requirements

Experience in DTC/e-commerce brandsFamiliarity with Shopify SEO optimizationKnowledge of international SEO (multi-region or multi-language targeting)
