Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Retail Experience Manager.

Customer Experience Management

Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Train and guide staff on delivering excellent service.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations.

Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience

Oversee the layout, cleanliness, lighting, and overall aesthetic of the store.

Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure displays are aligned with

brand identity and campaigns.

Team Leadership & Training

Lead, motivate, and develop front-line staff to deliver top-tier service.

Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members.

Operations & Standards

Ensure daily store operations meet brand standards and guidelines.

Monitor staff scheduling, floor coverage, and workflow efficiency.

Sales & Performance Metrics

Analyze sales data to understand customer behavior and improve service.

Set and track performance KPIs for the store experience.

Event & Activation Coordination

Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, or promotional activities to drive

engagement.

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align in-store

experience with broader brand initiatives
