About the Role:

As our Retail Experience Associate, you are the ambassador for Focus Global's portfolio of home solutions, facilitating a positive customer journey through product knowledge, client management, and sales initiatives in our mall based stores.

You are a results-focused relationship builder - curious about consumer needs, can deliver engaging product interactions, and are enthusiastic about connecting people to the tools and services that they need to create the best home experiences and lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives by helping build productive workflows within the team and taking ownership of the overall store performance
  2. Consumer experience: Deliver an exceptional retail store experience by assessing consumers' perceptions and challenges, providing expert guidance on products and solutions that fit their needs, and processing accurate sales transactions
  3. Product expertise: Have a thorough understanding of Focus Global's products and how to utilize them to their best potential
  4. Merchandise presentation: Maintain excellent and engaging visual merchandising and keep store orderliness up to company standards
  5. Industry knowledge: Become a champion for premium home solutions, continuously expanding your knowledge of Focus Global's products and services through various training and development programs
What We're Looking For:
  • Location & Hours: Based in our mall branches and following mall hours (Ayala the 30th Mall, Shangrila Plaza Mall, Greenbelt Mall, Vertis North Mall, One Bonifacio High Street Mall in BGC). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Education Background: Fresh graduates and experienced team members are welcome to apply Prior experience in retail, customer service, or any related field is a plus
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Results-driven and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and inspire customers to take action
  • Can wear multiple hats, prioritize tasks, and collaborate efficiently
  • Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas (we believe in radical candor - everyone is empowered to speak their mind and constantly share feedback)
