Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Metro Davao. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include performance management, addressing employee grievances, supporting workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This role will act as a strategic partner to management and support business objectives through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
