The HR Business Partner (Supervisory Level) plays a critical role in driving people initiatives within the organization. This position supports business leaders and employees by providing expertise in employee relations, engagement, performance management, labor relations, and HR operations. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive, high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Employee Relations and Labor Compliance Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies and labor regulations Advise leaders on managing employee performance and maintaining positive work relationships. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards Employee Engagement and Retention Design and implement engagement activities to enhance morale, motivation, and retention within assigned accounts or departments. Monitor attrition trends and recommend action plans to improve employee satisfaction. Support initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Performance Management and Coaching Partner with operations leaders in implementing performance reviews, corrective actions, and coaching plans Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance-related issues and employee development Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement HR Administration and Records Management Supervise the maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, and other HR documentation Oversee processing of employment movements (transfers, promotions, separations) ensuring proper documentation and compliance Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, disciplinary cases, etc.) for management use. Collaboration and Support Partner closely with Recruitment, Training, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver seamless HR services Provide feedback to leadership regarding employee needs, concerns, and workplace trends Support HR projects and process improvements that drive operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills Proficient in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data reporting Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with shifting schedules if needed Preferred Attributes Experience handling multiple business accounts or lines of business Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs HR certification (CHRP, PHRi, or equivalent) is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
