Qualifications:

  • Accounting graduate or relevant certification is a plus
  • Accounting experience, preferably with background on Accounts Receivable clerk or Accounts Payable
  • With knowledge or experience with SAP B1
  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy and Attention to details
  • Filing and record keeping tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance/Accounting department
  • Process business transactions, such as reimbursements, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable in SAP
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records with accuracy
  • Prepare bank deposits and printing of checks
  • Reconcile accounts and ledgers in a timely manner
  • Enter key data of financial transactions in BIR databases
  • Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Sorting and filing of accounting documents
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Accountant and Head of Finance
