We're looking for a driven Accounting Staff - Reliever to join our growing team

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conducts monthly financial analysis and updates the general ledger and supporting schedules.
  • Generates ad-hoc financial analyses and reports for management.
  • Updates fixed asset schedules and prepares monthly lapsing schedules and related entries.
  • Summarizes and consolidates monthly EWT, VAT sales, and input VAT (local and importation) transactions.
  • Prepares required documents for BIR filings and other regulatory permits.
  • Maintains accurate and organized financial and tax records.
  • Files and stores financial documents for easy retrieval.
  • Ensures tax documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Assists in tracking tax calendars, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, or any related course
  • With or without experience
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
