Customer Sales Representative

Location: Cebu City

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, recommend the right products or services, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer experiences in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate, 2nd year college completer (with proof), or a Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for customer engagement
  • Experience in Hard Selling / Upselling is a MUST
