Learning Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Learning Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for learning and development programs across the shared services organization. This role ensures smooth execution of training activities, accurate tracking in the learning management system (LMS), and timely communication with stakeholders and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions and learning events.
  • Maintain and update learning records in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Support the rollout of onboarding, compliance, and development programs.
  • Assist in monitoring training attendance, feedback, and completion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team and other departments to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Handle inquiries related to training schedules, system access, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in learning coordination, HR administration, or shared services.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
