
Sr. Social Media Associate

The Senior Social Media Associate is responsible for supporting the management and growth of the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond execution by contributing to content planning, campaign ideation, and performance tracking, while still being hands-on with day-to-day posting and community management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience in content creation and social media calendars.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of current trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Ability to create engaging content (text, image, and video).
- Analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
Preferred/Optional:
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, seasonal posts, and engagement activities.
Execution & Community Engagement
- Post and schedule approved content (images, text, video) across social platforms.
- Monitor pages, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community.
- Track user feedback, mentions, and engagement trends to identify opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Provide insights and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in analyzing campaign results.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, customer service) to ensure social media is aligned with overall campaigns.
- Support influencer/partnership activations and social collaborations.
- Assist in light paid ads management if needed (boosting posts, monitoring basic campaigns).
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Research current social trends, new tools, and best practices.
- Suggest fresh approaches to strengthen brand presence online.
