About the Role:
A strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Associate to elevate the client's personal brand and business presence across multiple online platforms. This is not a typical "post-and-go" role — the position requires someone who can translate ideas into engaging stories, bring structure and consistency to content execution, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement. The ideal candidate has an eye for trends, a strong sense of storytelling, and the ability to transform long-form content into impactful short-form assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on the client's brand growth and online influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy, Creation & Curation:
- Plan, develop, and curate scroll-stopping content for the client's personal and business social media channels.
- Edit and repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Write captions that reflect the client's authentic voice and brand tone, optimized for engagement.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and messaging across all platforms.
Brand Promotion & Marketing Execution
- Support and execute marketing strategies designed to grow the client's online presence and business audience.
- Collaborate on digital campaigns that align with brand positioning and business goals.
- Monitor audience insights, engagement metrics, and trends to continuously optimize content performance.
Content Management & Analytics
- Manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution.
- Track and analyze performance data; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay organized across multiple platforms and deadlines, ensuring top-quality delivery.
Creative Ideation & Trend Spotting
- Generate and pitch fresh, creative content ideas that support brand storytelling and community growth.
- Stay on top of platform updates, social trends, and emerging formats to keep content relevant and competitive.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain open, proactive communication with the client and internal team members.
- Provide regular reports, updates, and creative suggestions to improve overall brand presence.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
• Experience: Proven background managing or supporting social media accounts for brands, executives, or public figures.
• Content Skills: Strong command of visual storytelling, video editing (short-form), and copywriting for social platforms.
• Tools: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Later, Notion, Google Workspace, and platform analytics tools.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a creative edge — you don't just post content, you shape narratives.
• Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a virtual setup.
• Passion: Deep interest in personal branding, digital marketing, and online audience engagement.
Working Environment:
