About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented First Line Risk and Support Officer to support our risk and compliance team. In this role, you'll ensure accurate management of data across our registers, monitor compliance, and help maintain structured, reliable processes. You'll play a key part in keeping operations smooth and risk controls effective, while contributing to a culture of accuracy and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and Maintain Registers: Keep Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR), External Dispute Resolution (EDR), and Incident & Breach Registers accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Compliance: Audit and correct data to meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Monitor Complaints and Incidents: Track and verify all cases to ensure timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate When Needed: Flag concerns to the right teams promptly to ensure issues are addressed effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Organize and document all complaints, resolutions, and incidents for easy reference and reporting.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Australian loan processing experience, preferably with non-bank lenders.
  • Solid understanding of lender credit policies and the ability to identify suitable loan products.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident when dealing with clients and lenders.
