About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Risk Bureau Portfolio Analyst who will support our credit risk operations by managing bureau submissions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that guide portfolio and policy decisions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience handling credit bureau data within the banking industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Update monthly credit bureau submissions to comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP guidelines), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct portfolio scrub requests to the credit bureau to assess credit scores, exposures, and delinquencies to support internal teams with data-driven decisions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to inaccurate or outdated bureau records by coordinating with internal teams and credit bureaus.
  • Provide supporting data to the Collections Team for skip tracing and evaluating portfolio actions.
  • Collaborate with credit policy, operations, IT, and customer service teams to enhance data quality and strengthen risk management.
  • Track and analyze industry performance based on bureau information.
  • Support the development and refinement of credit risk models and decisioning tools using bureau data.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management, risk committees, and regulators when needed.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in analytics or risk-related roles.
  • Strong analytics background; proficient in handling and interpreting data.
  • Knowledge of R or Python.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
  • Background in credit bureau operations within banking.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Macros).
  • Strong oral and presentation skills.
