Your Role: What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience, providing timely and accurate support through various channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat—covering topics like account balances, transactions, loan updates, card activations, and more.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally to deliver helpful, accurate information that leaves a positive impression.
  • Recording all customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in our internal systems.
  • Recognizing complex issues and escalating them to senior support or back-office teams for swift resolution.
  • Adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines to safeguard customer information and uphold service quality.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets related to customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and resolution time.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are proactive, reliable, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of completed college education or a finished vocational/short course.
  • Experience in customer service or financial accounts (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work onsite in rotating shifts—including weekends and holidays.
