We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator / Merchandising Integration Coordinator to join our growing Operations team for a leading international furniture client. This role plays a key part in supporting merchandising initiatives by executing product strategies, coordinating asset creation, and ensuring seamless product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the merchandising team by executing product strategies and initiatives.
  • Assemble buy folders to ensure accurate SKU setup and product implementation.
  • Create and manage floor plan notes and related merchandising documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to meet business objectives.
  • Assist in executing merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all standard work procedures and defined responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • High degree of computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
