Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree ;
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Persuasive and must have negotiating skills in buying and selling;
  • Trustworthy;

Job Descriptions:

  • Assures that all local materials, materials for direct and indirect materials, local processing and other local purchases are properly handled and monitored in terms of quality, cost & delivery;
  • Process Purchase Orders of approved PRs within scope and transact with accredited supplier;
  • Process evaluation of prospective local supplier for accreditation and compliance to management system requirements such as Green Purchasing, customer-specific, regulatory and other requirements;
  • Processing and verification of documentations of received purchased materials;
  • Ensure that all accredited suppliers within scope are properly evaluated and PASSED the criteria set by the company;
  • Ensure that quality problems as reported by QA Section are properly communicated to concerned supplier;
  • Verify performance reports and formulate countermeasures for problems encountered;
  • Update related records and documents within scope.
