We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telco Account at our Alphaland site. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in sales, even outside the call center industry. You'll assist telecom customers by providing product information, resolving inquiries, and upselling services when applicable.
If you're a high school or SHS graduate with at least 6 months of sales experience, we encourage you to apply — BPO experience is not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound or outbound calls related to telecom services
- Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, and technical concerns
- Use consultative selling techniques to recommend relevant telecom products or upgrades
- Provide excellent customer support while meeting upsell and retention goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Meet quality, efficiency, and sales performance metrics
Qualifications:
- HS/SHS Graduate
- With at least 6 months of sales experience (retail, field, face-to-face, etc.)
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite at Alphaland Makati
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
