You will handle customer inquiries regarding satellite services, billing concerns, and basic troubleshooting. If you have good English communication skills, solid typing speed, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding satellite TV or internet services
  • Provide basic troubleshooting steps and guide customers through solutions
  • Assist with billing, subscription plans, and service upgrades or downgrades
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system
  • Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • HS/SHS Graduate
  • No prior BPO or customer service experience required
  • Good English communication skills (CEFR Level B2 or higher)
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with at least 90% accuracy
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Willing to work onsite at EDSA Greenfield
