We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued telco satellite customers. As a Customer Service for Telco Satellite, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This full-time role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to work for a high priority account.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to telco satellite services
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on product features, billing, and account management
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telco or satellite industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
  5. Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
