Overview:

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who will take the lead in shaping and expanding digital platforms that power multiple consumer brands within a dynamic group setting. This role focuses on creating seamless and engaging digital experiences — from online ordering and payments to loyalty and customer engagement — across different markets.

You'll be responsible for building innovative, scalable, and user-centered solutions that connect business objectives with customer needs, ensuring our digital ecosystem continues to evolve and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Product Roadmaps – Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for digital platforms, aligning product goals with customer experience and business growth priorities.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements – Collaborate closely with brand, operations, and digital teams to capture requirements and translate them into actionable features.
  • Manage Product Delivery – Oversee the product backlog, coordinate with engineering and design teams, and ensure on-time delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Enable Launch and Adoption – Partner with project and operations teams to ensure successful rollouts, user training, and platform adoption across brands and regions.
  • Drive Continuous Innovation – Use data insights, feedback, and new technologies to optimize platform performance, enhance user experience, and introduce new digital capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Product Management or a similar role managing digital platforms, SaaS products, or customer-facing technology solutions.
  • Strong ability to connect business strategy, operations, and technology to deliver platforms that meet customer and organizational goals.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap execution.
