Duties and Responsibilities:

Health and Vaccination Program Management

· Develop, implement, and monitor vaccination and medication programs tailored to client farm needs.

· Evaluate flock health status through clinical visits, necropsy, and laboratory results.

· Ensure accurate diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment protocols.

· Review and update vaccination schedules based on field performance, disease trends, and client feedback.

Technical Support and Client Service

· Provide on-site technical assistance to poultry farms, distributors, and customers.

· Conduct training sessions and technical seminars for clients and internal staff.

· Prepare and present farm performance reports and health program evaluations.

· Address product-related technical inquiries in coordination with the sales and R&D teams.

Customer Relationship Management

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key clients.

· Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.

· Support distributors and clients with promotional activities and training.

Research, Product Development, and Quality Assurance

· Assist in the evaluation and field testing of new veterinary products.

· Monitor product efficacy and recommend improvements or alternatives when necessary.

· Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory bodies for technical documentation and product registration.

Team Leadership and Coordination

· Supervise and guide the technical team in field operations and client support.

· Work closely with the sales department to align technical programs with business goals.

· Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and company biosecurity policies.
