Your Day-to-Day

  • Support Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers with billing and account queries
  • Resolve customer issues via telephone
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma/Host Certificate; graduates of any 2- or 4-year course are preferred
  • 6 to 12 months of BPO experience is preferred
  • PRIMARY and SECONDARY IDs must be available and ready anytime
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • At least average English communication skills
  • Experience with billing, payment processing, credit card transactions, or financial matters is desired
  • Experience with telecommunications or mobile accounts is an advantage

Work Setup

Location: 2F, Ortigas Technopoint, Julia Vargas Ave, Ugong, Pasig City (Work Onsite)

Shift: Day Shift
